Grind & Glow is a curated online store. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers and dropshipping partners. We do not stock or ship products ourselves. This means your order may arrive in separate packages from different suppliers if you've ordered multiple items.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing time may vary by supplier and product. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the supplier and your location:

  • Domestic (US): 5–14 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (where available)

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, customs processing, or supplier availability.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Some items may qualify for free shipping, which will be indicated on the product page.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers.


International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at mammatempire@gmail.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders are sent directly to our suppliers for fulfillment, we have a limited window to make changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at mammatempire@gmail.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed by the supplier, we may not be able to make changes.
