RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Grind & Glow. Because all orders are fulfilled by our third-party dropshipping partners, our return and refund process is outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Our Commitment

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we will work with our suppliers on your behalf to make it right.


Eligibility for a Refund or Resend

We will issue a refund or resend your order in the following situations:

  • Order not received — your package was not delivered within the estimated delivery window
  • Significantly delayed order — your order is taking much longer than the estimated delivery timeframe
  • Damaged items — your item arrived visibly damaged or defective
  • Incorrect or missing items — you received the wrong item or part of your order was missing

How to Submit a Claim

To process your claim as quickly as possible, please contact us at mammatempire@gmail.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video of the damaged, incorrect, or missing item (required for damaged/incorrect item claims — if photos do not clearly show the damage, a video is required)
  • A screenshot of any relevant communication if applicable

Claims submitted without supporting documentation may be delayed or denied.


Refund or Resend Resolution

Once we receive your claim and documentation, we will open a dispute with our supplier on your behalf. Resolution options include:

  • Full or partial refund to your original payment method
  • Resend of the item at no additional cost

We will notify you of the outcome within 5–10 business days of submitting your claim. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and our supplier's policies, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care and beauty products
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items and gift cards

Physical returns are only accepted in rare cases where our supplier's dispute team specifically requests one. We will notify you if this applies to your situation.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped by our supplier. Please contact us immediately at mammatempire@gmail.com if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events. We will do our best to assist you in these situations but cannot guarantee refunds or resends in such cases.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are non-refundable. If an international package is refused or undeliverable due to customs issues, we cannot guarantee a refund.
